Some banks process overnight batches, which means a deposit made after evening banking hours may not reflect until the following morning. Withdrawals

To change your password when logged in, go to Account Settings and select Security. To reset a forgotten password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your registered email address. Yes. In your Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once you hit the limit, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a 24-hour waiting period – this is by design to prevent impulsive changes during a session.

If your self-exclusion was for a defined period (30, 90, or 180 days), access to your 1eecom account is restored automatically when the period ends. If you chose permanent self-exclusion, 1eecom does not reactivate accounts under any circumstances.
